            Mr. Bourkoff is the Founder and CEO of LionTree LLC, an independent investment bank. Built to adapt to today’s dynamic market conditions, LionTree invests alongside its clients in select deals on which it advises.
            He previously served as Vice Chairman and Head of Americas Investment Banking at UBS, which he joined in 1999. He was also a member of the UBS Investment Banking Executive Committee. Other positions Mr. Bourkoff held within UBS include Joint Global Head of Telecom, Media, and Technology Investment Banking; Head of the Media and Communications Research Group; and a fixed income research analyst. Before joining UBS, he served as a high-yield research analyst at CIBC World Markets from 1997-99 and Smith Barney from 1995-97.
            Mr. Bourkoff is a director on the boards of select private companies. He is also a chair of the entertainment, media, and communications division of the UJA-Federation of New York and a member of its digital media executive committee; a member of the New York Philanthropic Advisory Board of UNICEF; and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Leon & Leesa Wagner

           Leon Wagner has had a distinguished career in finance as a builder of businesses focusing on financing growth companies and industries. Hain Celestial is one of the many companies which Leon helped grow. As a Founder and Chairman of GoldenTree Asset Management Leon helped create an asset management company focused on that sector which had grown to over $10 billion under management before his retirement at the end of 2010.
            His hobbies include golf as well as the Milwaukee Brewers of which he is a Limited Partner.
            Throughout his career Leon and The Wagner Family Foundation have supported philanthropies focused on bettering the lives of those in need.
            Leon was awarded the 'Gustave Levy Award' by the Wall Street Division of the UJA and been honored by Shalva, an Israeli based organization providing for handicapped children.
            Leon has two sons, Gabe and Danny and step children, Renee, Roni and Myles.

           Leesa Wagner, graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University. She is currently a Vice President at LWPartners. She is also on the Board of Directors of Harlem Junior Tennis and Education Program for which in honor of her late father, Jack, Leesa conceived of "The Jack Shapiro High Performance Tennis Team" to provide funding and services to the many participants of HJTEP. She is the mother of Renee, Roni and Myles, step Mom of Gabe and Daniel and wife of Leon Wagner.
